Silver City is a Private Club, regulated by the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission & the City of Dallas. As such, Silver City maintains a strict code of rules & regulations that must be followed at all times by all members of the club and its employees and independent contractors. Below are 6 golden rules that all members, employees, and independent contractors must follow.
1. No Touching: When An Entertainer Is In A State Of Nudity (The T-Back Is Exposed and/or The Areola Is Exposed), the Entertainer Cannot Touch Anyone.
2. No Lewdness: Regardless Of Whether The Entertainer Is In A State Of Nudity, the Entertainer Cannot Do Anything That Sexually Stimulates or Arouses The Receiver Of The Entertainment.
3. No Prostitution: The Entertainer Cannot Perform, Charge, or Suggest Any Sexual Act.
4. No Intoxication: No One Inside The Premises of Silver City Shall Be Intoxicated. If One Is Intoxicated, A Breathalyzer Will Be Administered & Recorded. You Will Be Put In A Cab At The Club’s Expense And Sent Home.
5. No Alcohol Solicitation: No Employee or Independent Contractor Can Ask/Solicit For A Drink From A Member.
6. No Drug Use: No Drugs Are Allowed On The Premises. If You Are Caught, You Will Be Removed, Fired, and/or Terminated. This Included The Use and/or Sale Or Distribution.
